Ashutosh Pandey belongs to Bhagalpur district of Bihar where his father works as a farmer He enrolled himself at Eklavya centre of Bhagalpur Later he joined ALPHA to get advance training facilities He also played for ALPHA I-League team which took part in the Hero Youth (U-17) I-League Cup in December 2022.
