Karan belongs to a humble background of Nalanda, where his father runs an auto Karan was part of the 13 shortlisted players and continued to stay on and get trained at ALPHA for 8 months He played for the ALPHA I-League team which took part in the Hero Youth (U-17) I-League Cup in December 2022 From there he was picked up by Corbett FC which won the semi-final match of the 'Youth Football Champion Now he is set to go to London from 31st May to 4th June 2023 to play the Arsenal Cup finals and represent India.
